Auntie Sable's Pumpkin Custard Pie

Ingredients

2 cups pure pumpkin, 29 oz can
2 cans sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz cans
6 beaten eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cloves
2 Tbs melted butter

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temp to 350 degrees and continue baking 35 - 40 minutes until a pick tests clean.
